Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, a board-certified family practitioner who has become known for claiming to have developed a drug regimen for treating coronavirus, encourages everyone to sign a petition and thus make pre-hospital the standard of care.
Dr. Zelenko recognized early in the COVID-19 pandemic that early coronavirus treatment at home helps avoid hospitalization and death of COVID-19 patients.
“There is overwhelming scientific data for early intervention in Covid-19 which reduces hospitalization and death by more than 84%. We need to NIH, CDC, FDA, or by executive order to make pre-hospital the standard of care,” says the statement of the petition.
This petition needs to gain 100,000 signatures in total by December 18, 2020, to get a response from the White House. We need your help to make Hydroxychloroquine “Over The Counter” (#hcqotc) as soon as possible so that we can break the back of Covid-19 prior to 2021.

According to Vladimir Zelenko’s information, he managed to cure at least 700 people using his COVID-19 treatment plan.
The Zelenko Protocol has shown an 84% reduction in hospitalizations in COVID-19 cases and a 0.71% death rate in high-risk patients (expected death rate was >5%). HCQ and Zinc may have a prophylactic and/or treatment role in the influenza virus.
